Dr. Fouts has almost 10 years of experience in the River Valley practicing routine pet care as well as emergency medicine. Over the course of the last year, specifically, Dr. Fouts has practiced extensively at emergency clinics in Fort Smith and Springdale becoming especially well versed in treating and managing difficult cases.
